Welcome: Richard Sanderson conducts applied research and studies real property valuation theory and collaborates and consults with others on public policy in the built environment. He is not currently available to conduct typical appraisal assignments, however Richard is professionally educated and trained to conduct such assignments. His current research involves the effective retrofitting of high-performance energy efficient commercial properties in Portland, Oregon.
